VBS Volunteer Registration

We need volunteers for VBS! 

Preschool VBS will take place Monday through Wednesday, June 22-24 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Elementary VBS will take place Monday through Friday, June 22 - 26 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

There are many ways to help with VBS! Please read the descriptions below and prayerfully consider where you would like to serve. All VBS volunteers working with children must have attended Greenridge for 6 months, attend a training session, pass a background check, and comply with GBC’s Child Protection Policy.
 
AVAILABLE ROLES
Elementary Crew: Lead a small group of kids in grades K-5th for the week. Your main task is to build relationships with the kids in your group while leading them to their stations. 

Preschool Crew: Help a small group of kids ages 3-5 for the week. Your main task is to build relationships with the kids in your group while helping them complete the activities.

Registration Crew: Greet families and assist with checking in children each day 

Recreation Crew: Lead or assist with activities and games in the recreation rotation

Craft Crew: Lead or assist with crafts in the craft rotation

Snack Crew: Prepare and manage snacks each day for our VBS kids

Music Crew: Help lead the motions for the songs

Nursery Crew: Serve our volunteers by caring for their children who are 2 or younger.

Cleaning Crew: After VBS each day, help us to remove trash, vacuum, wipe down surfaces, and restock supplies.

Substitute/Floater: Unable to serve the entire week? We can still use your help!

Volunteer Kids: Nursery class for children or grandchildren of volunteers 2 or under.
